Hi, I'm J.R Moon, I'm black, queer and neurodivergent and I write cozy fantasy/slice of life novels, novellas and novelettes that feature black characters being loved softly. Whether that be romantically or platonically.All of my books will be set in the same universe, I will have a main story line of novels and then several novellas and novelettes!
I'm all about promoting black creativity, so each of my covers will be commissioned by black artists who will be created and each book will have a suggested playlist of small black artists.

About the world of Lattiremere
The world of lattiremere is the universe that my novels are set in. My novels/novellas /novelettes are all interconnected standalones. It is a fantasy universe heavily based on Dungeons and Dragons. All of my stories represent black/black coded characters in different kinds of relationships platonic, familial or romantic. Found family, polyamory, strong friendships, blended families, etc. It has 7 major regions with differing populations. Bronzegate, Copperden, Silvershire, Sapphireville, Opalwich, Goldpoint, and Nickeltine. In my interconnected standalones I will explore each region deeply and in a way that's enjoyable!
